Dr. Megan C. Lindsey, DACM, Dipl.O.M., L.Ac.
Dr. Megan Lindsey is a nationally and state-licensed acupuncturist with more than 20 years of experience helping people enhance their health and well-being. She holds both a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge. Her extensive training allows her to bring a thoughtful, compassionate, and highly individualized approach to every patient she cares for.
Inspired by her own healing experience in 2003, Dr. Lindsey is passionate about integrating Eastern and Western medicine to offer comprehensive, results-driven care. She believes in empowering patients through education and personalized treatment, creating a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood.
Outside her San Diego practice, she enjoys hiking, sculpting, collecting minerals, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Scott and their dog, Lovey.

Dr. Lindsey brings both deep clinical expertise and a warm, down-to-earth presence to every treatment. Known for her grounded energy, practical advice, quick laugh, and easy conversation, she helps patients feel like they’re visiting a trusted friend, someone who listens closely, cares deeply, and knows how to help.
Each treatment blends acupuncture, herbal medicine, heat therapies, Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), and functional medicine to uncover root causes and support the body’s natural healing process. At Silver Sage Acupuncture patients are never rushed and always leave feeling recuperated.
