About your Practitioner
Dr. Megan C. Lindsey

Megan is a national and state-licensed practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese medicine and has extensive education and training. She has earned both a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Beyond her training, Megan has studied the ancient art of acupuncture for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience helping people going back over 25 years. Megan uses her extensive training and skills to run a friendly and successful practice in beautiful San Diego, CA where patients are treated with respect and care.

She was first attracted to the medicine after being successfully treated for her own health problems in 2003. After graduating from California State University Northridge she was accepted to the prestigious Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles, Ca where she earned her Master's degree in 2014. More recently she went back to school and earned her doctorate from Pacific College of Health and Science. Megan cares about bridging the gap between Western and Eastern medicine and educating her patients on appropriate treatment options.

Megan finds incredible fulfillment in building healthy bonds with her patients and spends a good deal of her free time volunteering her time & skills to help others. She derives true fulfillment from encouraging people to empower themselves by acknowledging their truest potential. When she's not in the office you can find Megan collecting gems and minerals, backpacking, painting, sculpting, photographing nature, puzzling, hiking, golfing, traveling, studying, and spending time with her husband Scott and her dog Lovie.
