Are You Ready to Heal?

Get relief today! Acupuncture, cupping, heat therapy, and massage work together to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and support your body’s natural healing.

Acupuncture & Other Modalities

Acupuncture and its related therapies regulate the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and restore balance in the body. By combining traditional methods like acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion with modern functional approaches, we address both the root cause and the immediate discomfort, allowing the body to return to a state of optimal function.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and involves the gentle insertion of fine, sterile needles at specific points on the body. These points influence the nervous system, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Acupuncture can reduce pain, calm the mind, regulate hormones, and restore optimal function across all systems.

Cupping

Cupping uses gentle suction created by glass or silicone cups to lift the skin and underlying tissue. This technique promotes circulation, releases muscular tension, and supports detoxification through the lymphatic system. It’s especially effective for muscle tightness, inflammation, and respiratory conditions.

Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim)

Electrical stimulation, or e-stim, is often used in conjunction with acupuncture to enhance therapeutic effects. After acupuncture needles are placed, a gentle electrical current is applied to specific points to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain. The sensation is mild and soothing, similar to a soft tapping or pulsing. E-stim helps accelerate healing in cases of chronic pain, muscle tension, nerve injury, and recovery after surgery or trauma.

Tuina (Chinese Medical Massage)

Tuina combines massage, acupressure, and joint mobilization techniques to move Qi and blood through the channels of the body. It helps relieve pain, improve range of motion, and promote deep relaxation. Tuina is often used alongside acupuncture for musculoskeletal and stress-related conditions.

Auriculotherapy (Ear Acupuncture & Seeds)

Auriculotherapy is a specialized form of acupuncture using the ear as a microsystem that reflects the entire body. By stimulating precise points on the ear with tiny needles, seeds, or magnets, we can help regulate mood, pain, cravings, and sleep. It’s an excellent support for emotional health and addiction recovery.

Heat Therapy (Moxabustion & Infrared)

Heat therapy warms and nourishes areas of the body with poor circulation or chronic pain. In our clinic, we use moxibustion burning, infrared heat lamps, and the Amethyst Biomat to enhance healing and relaxation. These therapies help increase blood flow, ease muscle tightness, calm the nervous system, and support immune and digestive function. The Biomat delivers far-infrared heat combined with negative ions to promote deep cellular repair.
