We begin with a detailed health history and consultation to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we order targeted lab testing to uncover underlying imbalances, such as nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, hormone shifts, or metabolic dysfunction. Once results are in, we meet again to review your findings in depth and create a customized plan using nutrition, supplements, herbs, and lifestyle recommendations.

Initial Consultation &
Lab Planning
Your journey begins with a 90-minute in-depth consultation where we review your health history, current symptoms, and overall goals. During this session, we identify potential underlying imbalances and determine which labs will provide the most insight into your unique physiology. You’ll receive a bloodwork order to schedule your blood draw, you pay the lowest possible rate directly to the lab.

Lab Review & Personalized Treatment Plan
Once your results are in, we meet for a 60–90-minute session to review your lab findings in detail. You’ll receive a personalized report that explains your results in plain language. Together, we’ll create a comprehensive plan that may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle recommendations, herbal support, and professional-grade supplements ordered through our Fullscript online dispensary.

Follow-Up & Long-Term Care
At the six-month mark, we schedule a follow-up visit to evaluate progress, reassess symptoms, and determine if repeat testing is needed. Many patients choose to repeat their panels yearly as part of an ongoing wellness check-in.
If anything outside our scope is identified in your results, we help coordinate referrals to the appropriate medical specialists to ensure continuity of care.
